In early October we did the hike to Mikro and Magalo Seitani paralia, Little and Big “Devils beach”. We took the car and drove towards Karlovasi on the north side of the island, then west towards Potami beach. We then continued a few kilometers on a gravel road past Potami beach but it works just as well to start the hike from Potami.
Ahead of us was a very beautiful and lovely hike gently sloping down the mountainside to arrive after just over 20 minutes at the spectacularly beautiful Mikro Seitani. A short break there and then continuing for just over an hour to Megalo Seitani where we stopped for a swim and brought a packed lunch. Along almost the entire hike you can see the water below the steep rock formations below you. The hike is route number 1 in Samos Hikes – Potami – Mikro Seitani – Megalo Seitani.
